Abstract
⺠Sequency-ordered complex Hadamard transform (SCHT) is suitable for shape analysis. ⺠SCHT has a lower computational complexity than the fast Fourier transform (FFT). ⺠SCHT based descriptors achieves high retrieval performance in MPEG shape database. ⺠SCHT has potentials to be applied to pattern recognition and image analysis.
