Abstract
⺠One kind of Bragg-spaced quantum dots layers all-optical switching has been proposed. ⺠The switching effect is based on the ac Stark effect, circular dichroism and birefringence. ⺠The switch has a significant polarization switching effect. ⺠The switch need low requirement of pump light intensity and has large contrast ratio. ⺠The switch can be used at room temperature theoretically.
