Abstract
⺠Efficiency of GaAs solar cell is improved by surface patterning of dielectric layer. ⺠Nanopatterning on dielectric PR layer is performed by laser interference lithography. ⺠Nanopatterning leads to an efficiency improvement of GaAs solar cell up to 23.5%.
