Abstract
⺠A physical model of laser induced electron transport in dielectric with small size is discussed. ⺠A small size effect has been found in electron absorbing laser energy. ⺠The small size effect is derived from the surface scattering. ⺠The electronic energy decreases when the size of device decreases for the small size effect.
