Abstract
												We propose a feasible information transmission protocol using EPR (Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen) pairs. The transmitter only need distinguish partially Bell states and publicize the corresponding classical information, and the recipient performs single-qubit measurements to obtain secret information. It can save a lot of classical communication cost than the general ones using quantum teleportation. Its feasibility in noise and loss channel is also taken into account.
