Abstract
In this paper, a theoretical analysis and experiment to obtain the tunable and reconfigurable microwave photonic filter is proposed. The sidebands generated by cascaded modulation serve as the multi-taps, and then the reconfigurability and tunability can be realized by adjusting the operating condition of intensity modulators and the optical phase shifting between modulators.
