Abstract
Following a previous work [S.B. Zheng, Phys. Rev. A 69 (2004) 064302], we propose a scheme for probabilistic teleportation of arbitrary superposition of three states of an atom through only a single measurement. The scheme is also generalized for teleportation of arbitrary superposition of more states of an atom. The correlative experimental matter and decoherence are briefly discussed.
