Abstract
A numerical simulation study of the polarization conversion phenomenon in deeply etched semiconductor electrooptic polarization converter is presented. Based on a powerful and versatile finite element method, the effects of various parameters on the polarization conversion in electrooptic semiconductor polarization converter are reported.
