Abstract
⺠The 2D probe absorption spectrum in a four-subband semiconductor quantum well is investigated. ⺠The spatial distribution of 2D probe absorption spectrum can be significantly improved via adjusting the system parameters. ⺠The scheme shows the underlying probability for the formation of the 2D electron localization in a solid.
