Abstract
âºMacroscopic lateral correlations were revealed between 2D PL intensities in the giant noise regime. ⺠The system studied is either in high or low intensity state and graduates in a random manner. ⺠The average switching time values are anomalously high. ⺠We suppose that we deal with a coherent macroscopic state of 2D-electrons. ⺠At that, characteristic coherence length is of the order or one exceeds the sample size.
