Abstract
⺠The formalism of Landauer based on the Non-equilibrium Green's function was applied. ⺠We calculate the spin-polarized coherent transport of the Cnâ2X2(n=60 70; X=N, B). ⺠The doped atoms (N and B) reduce the TMR maximum values of fullerenes. ⺠The values shift to a higher voltage in the regime of low source-drain voltage. ⺠Applied gate voltage increases the TMR maximum values of C58X2.
