Abstract
⺠We investigate the spectra of LPGE for inter-band transition of QWs. ⺠We find that the spectra line-shape of LPGE is similar to that of the photoconductivity. ⺠We obtain the anisotropy ratio of the linear and circular photogalvanic tensor. ⺠The magnitude of the LPGE is at the same order with that of the CPGE.
