Abstract

The drag current density under the solitary electromagnetic wave propagating in the graphene superlattice is calculated. The constant magnetic field influence on the charge dragged by such nonlinear wave is investigated. The dragged charge is shown to enhance by an order when the value of the magnetic field intensity reaches the order 10 T. The value of the magnetic field intensity which leads to a change in the sign of the dragged charge is calculated. The dependence of this value on the solitary wave velocity is studied.

► We calculate the drag current by the solitary wave in graphene superlattice. ► We calculate the charge dragged by the solitary wave in graphene superlattice. ► We calculate the constant magnetic field when dragged charge changes sign. ► We investigate the dragged charge dependence on the magnetic field intensity.
