Abstract
⺠ZnS nanoparticles co-doped with Mn and Te have been prepared by chemical co-precipitation method. ⺠Nanoparticles exhibited cubic zincblende phase with an average crystallite size of 3-5 nm. ⺠Mn doped ZnS samples showed yellow emission, whereas Mn and Te co-doped ZnS showed red emission.
