Abstract
⺠Nonlinear optical properties of an ellipsoidal QD are investigated. ⺠Optical properties of this system are studied in the presence of an electric field. ⺠The OR coefficient is obviously influenced by the confinement strength and ellipticity constant. ⺠The presence of a donor impurity shifts the OR coefficient peak positions to higher energies.
