Abstract
⺠Effects of asymmetric electron injection are studied for spin-polarized transport. ⺠Aharonov-Bohm rings with two magnetic impurities are considered. ⺠A new unitary parametrization of the vertex scattering operator is employed. ⺠Aharonov-Bohm oscillations and entanglement generation are analyzed. ⺠Asymmetry turns out to be less influential for lateral than for serial coupling.
