Abstract
⺠We developed thermal-mechanical vibration of embedded fluid-conveying DWCNTs. ⺠Surrounding biological soft tissue is modeled as Kelvin-Voigt model. ⺠Parameters of Kelvin-Voigt model considerably affect the resonant frequencies. ⺠Increase of temperature change reduces the effect of visco-elastic parameters.
