Abstract
⺠Single B or N dopant in CNTs causes quasi-bound states. ⺠The bound states lead to transmission valleys either below or above the Fermi level. ⺠The effects of multiple B or N atoms are highly dependent on how they are distributed. ⺠The conductance plateau around the Fermi level is lowered with the increase of the B or N dopants. ⺠The effects of B and N codoping can be considered as the sum of those by the individual dopants.
