Abstract
► Single B or N dopant in CNTs causes quasi-bound states. ► The bound states lead to transmission valleys either below or above the Fermi level. ► The effects of multiple B or N atoms are highly dependent on how they are distributed. ► The conductance plateau around the Fermi level is lowered with the increase of the B or N dopants. ► The effects of B and N codoping can be considered as the sum of those by the individual dopants.
