⺠Capacitance of the ZnO nanorods increases with increase in ethanol concentration at low frequency. ⺠Impedance of the ZnO nanorods decreases with increase in ethanol concentration. ⺠Resistance of the ZnO nanorods decreases with increase in ethanol concentration.
