Abstract
⺠A comparative analysis for two different trapeziform quantum structure models is made. ⺠The thermal transport property sensitively depends on the figure of quantum structures. ⺠The thermal conductance KT is bigger than the thermal conductance KO in quantum structures. ⺠KT/KO increases with the enlarging difference of the bottom side lengths of quantum structures.
