⺠The X-ray diffraction measurement confirms the hematite phase of iron oxide. ⺠The Morin transition depends on applied magnetic field. ⺠Magnetizations vs. field measurements confirm the presence of antiferromagnetic and ferromagnetic behavior below and above the Morin transition, respectively.
