Abstract
⺠Study of the physical properties of SiC sheet and isolated and bundled NT-SiC. ⺠Effects of inter-tube interaction on band splitting, band gap, DOS and Fermi energy. ⺠Increase of the bulk modulus for the bundled NT compared with the isolated form. ⺠Increase of probability of being made into bundled NT in comparison with other cases.
