Abstract
⺠We present the enhancement of Kerr nonlinearity at long wavelength in a four-level quantum dot nanostructure. ⺠The effect of gate voltages on linear and nonlinear absorption is discussed. ⺠Also, the effect of electron tunneling on dispersion spectrum is investigated.
