Abstract
⺠We describe resonant Rayleigh scattering of light in a frame of Fano model. ⺠Fano resonances give direct information about polariton scattering probabilities. ⺠A “gray” states reservoir is found in semiconductor microcavities. ⺠New method of sample quality characterization is proposed.
