Abstract
⺠Impurity position and electric field effects on the binding energy are investigated. ⺠Hydrostatic pressure and temperature effects on the binding energy are also studied. ⺠Binding energy strongly depends on the impurity position and electric field strength. ⺠Hydrostatic pressure and temperature have a great influence on the binding energy.
