Abstract
⺠Self-masked Indium Phosphide (InP) nanopillars are fabricated. ⺠Electron cyclotron resonance (ECR) Ar+ ion irradiation techniques are used. ⺠TEM and PL studied reveals that these nanopillars are crystalline in nature. ⺠Quality of the nanopillars are comparable to that of other growth techniques.
