Abstract

In this paper, an analytical form of the real-space non-interacting Green function of graphene material is developed. The transport properties of the relativistic electron through graphene-based double barrier structures have been investigated based on the real-space non-interacting Green function. It is shown that the results computed by the real-space non-interacting Green function are in perfect agreement with those results, which is based on the transfer matrix method.
