Abstract
We investigate the Aharonov–Bohm (AB) type oscillation in low field magnetoresistance of a two-dimensional hole antidot lattice in the presence of strong spin–orbit interaction. The AB-type oscillation superposed on a commensurability peak exhibits multi-frequencies, which are clearly resolved as the multi-peaks of the Fourier spectrum around the inverse of h/e. We show that a simulation qualitatively agrees with the experiment only when the contribution of Berry phase is taken into account.
