Abstract
The optimization of different processing parameter contributes towards step-wise development of device grade dye sensitized solar cells. The Eosin-Y dye with carboxylic group leads to better chemical attachment with ZnO as a photo-sensitizer. It has been observed that these process parameters play a vital role towards enhancement in the device performance. Final optimized device exhibited 2.16% power conversion efficiency under AM 1.5G, 100Â mW/cm2 (1 sun).
