Abstract
⺠Spray pyrolysis is elegantly used for the synthesis of CuInSe2 films for solar cell applications. ⺠Depending upon Cu/In ratio, films are Se-deficient or rich. ⺠The structural studies confirmed polycrystalline chalcopyrite structure of the films. ⺠Optical band gap decreased continuously with increasing In3+ content in CuSe2. ⺠Transport studies revealed films to be of both n and p type.
