Abstract
⺠CNT incorporated TiO2 thin films were synthesized by sol-gel dip coating method. ⺠HRTEM analysis confirmed that the CNTs are embedded in the matrix of TiO2. ⺠Refractive index of the films depends on the amount of CNT in the sol-gel bath. ⺠Photoresponse curves showed typical features of charge trapping centers.
