Abstract
- Se-xFe (x = 3 or 5 wt%) samples were prepared by solid state reaction.
- Se-xFe (x = 5 wt%) sample showed ferromagnetic behavior above room temperature.
- The dielectric constant of Se0.95Fe0.05 has a giant values.
