Abstract
⺠Binding energy of an exciton-acceptor complex in a quantum dot is strongly affected by the dot size. ⺠Optical properties of an exciton-acceptor complex quantum dot are strongly affected by the dot size. ⺠For two cases of a smaller dot and a larger dot, the results of quantum size effects on the optical absorptions are opposite.
