Abstract
⺠The excitation profile of impurity doped quantum dot subject to randomly fluctuating dopant potential has been investigated. ⺠The dopant assumes a Gaussian shape. ⺠The impurity location and the spatial stretch of impurity delicately modulate the excitation profile. ⺠Maximization in the excitation rate has been observed at particular value of dopant potential.
