Abstract
► 3D flower-like In2S3 structures were synthesized by hydrothermal method. ► The flower petals exhibited a thickness of about 15-20 nm. ► The effects of different parameters on the morphology of products were studied. ► Shape of obtained sample was controlled by reaction temperature and time. ► In2S3 nanoparticles with difference morphologies were prepared in 110-180 °C.
