Abstract
⺠3D flower-like In2S3 structures were synthesized by hydrothermal method. ⺠The flower petals exhibited a thickness of about 15-20 nm. ⺠The effects of different parameters on the morphology of products were studied. ⺠Shape of obtained sample was controlled by reaction temperature and time. ⺠In2S3 nanoparticles with difference morphologies were prepared in 110-180 °C.
