Abstract
⺠Dispersions of the two branches of the SO phonon modes are obvious when kz or m is small. ⺠The SO phonon modes reduce to QC modes due to the anisotropic effect of wurtzite crystal. ⺠The SO+ phonons are much more important for the electron-phonon interaction than SOâ ones.
