Abstract
⺠A shift of the (0 0 2) peak position to the smaller values indicate that obtained films are tensioned. ⺠c-axis preferential orientation of the crystallites determine a columnar growth of the films. ⺠By increasing the oxidation time, more resistive films are obtained. ⺠The mechanism of electrical conduction was explained in terms of Mott variable range hopping model.
