Abstract
⺠Zero-bias activation energy found from temperature dependent I-V measurements. ⺠Ground state energies and conduction band discontinuities were estimated. ⺠Ground states calculated by transfer matrix technique. ⺠Ground state lowering due to electron-electron interaction considered.
