Abstract
⺠We solve Schrodinger equation for QADs with donor impurity at the center. ⺠The oscillator strengths for the first two allowed transitions are thus obtained. ⺠The transitions to the first excited state are dominant for small antidot radii. ⺠For large antidot radii, the oscillator strengths tend to become comparable.
