Abstract
⺠Analyze the electronic band structure of ByAlxIn1âxâyN alloys. ⺠Study the appropriate one of ByAlxIn1âxâyN alloys to form quantum well laser structure. ⺠Investigate imaginary part of dielectric function, reflectivity and refractive index. ⺠Investigate absorption coefficient and optical conductivity for suitable UV wavelength range.
