Abstract
⺠Nanocapsules coated by medicinal plants have many applications in food flavoring and drug manufacturing. ⺠In high concentration of polymer, nanoparticle with large size will form. ⺠With a decrease in polymer concentration in organic phase, size of nanocapsules will decrease. ⺠When polymer/oil ratio rises, the size of particles will also raise accordingly.
