Abstract
⺠The electron concentration of ZnCoO:Li film was evidently higher than that of ZnCoO film. ⺠The introduced Li was mainly in the interstitial sites behaving as donors in ZnCoO. ⺠The room temperature ferromagnetism of the ZnCoO system may prefer existing in an n-type environment.
