Abstract
Polarizabilities of shallow donors in finite-barrier GaAs/Ga1−xAlxAs of harmonic oscillator nanodots are calculated, within the effective-mass approximation, using the Hasse variational method. The magnetic field dependence of polarizabilities and the diamagnetic susceptibilities are computed.
