Abstract
The transport property of the electron in a crossed double quantum rings is investigated through quantum waveguide theory. We find that the persistent current can be produced by a transport current, even in the absence of the magnetic field and can be observed if one tunes the Fermi energy near the resonance (anti-resonance) or the Fano resonance peak of the transport current.
