Abstract
⺠Cytoskeletal polymers have unique rheology that depends on filament stiffness. ⺠Cytoskeletal gels stiffen at moderate strain and reversibly soften at high strain. ⺠Motor proteins strongly alter cytoskeletal network and cell viscoelasticity.
