Abstract
Na doping in Mg site of the samples Mg1âxNaxAg0.97Sb0.99 effectively enhances the power factor by increasing carrier concentration. The ZT value was improved from 1.2 at 250 °C for MgAg0.97Sb0.99 sample to 1.26 at 250 °C for Mg0.925Na0.075Ag0.97Sb0.99 sample. High power factor results in higher output power, which is good for fabricating thermoelectric devices.235
