Abstract
► Nano-processing methods for Mg-based hydrogen storage materials were reviewed. ► Lowest temperature for Mg-based materials to absorb hydrogen was reported. ► Effect of nano-processing methods on kinetics and thermodynamics was studied. ► Kinetics can be enhanced by nanotechnology and catalyst. ► Desorption thermodynamics does not change with nanosize above 5 nm.
