⺠Unique photon capturing with three-dimensional nanostructures will be discussed. ⺠Enhanced carrier collection with three-dimensional nanostructures will be discussed. ⺠Quantum size effect induced multiple exciton generation will be introduced. ⺠Fabrication and characterization of nanostructured solar cells will be reviewed. ⺠Nanomaterials/structures are promising candidates for cost-effective photovoltaics.
