Abstract
⺠A simple and facile approach to grow Pt NWs on Ti0.7Ru0.3O2 at room temperature. ⺠Ti0.7Ru0.3O2 plays an important role based on “electronic transfer mechanism”. ⺠The Pt NW/Ti0.7Ru0.3O2 exhibits high performance for the MOR and ORR. ⺠This approach opens a reliable path to the discovery of multifunctional catalysts.
