Abstract
⺠Cellular automaton is used for simulating dynamic recrystallization of NiTi alloy. ⺠The evolution of dislocation density during dynamic recrystallization is revealed. ⺠The dynamically recrystallized grains exhibit repeated nucleation and finite growth. ⺠The resultant recrystallized grain size hardly depends on the initial grain size.
